Fish ada
Ingredients:
For the dough
1.5 cups maida (all-purpose flour)
water
salt
For the filling:
chicken
ginger
garlic
curry leaves
coriander leaves
green chilies
onions
garam masala
turmeric powder
chilly powder
Preparation
Make the dough by mixing maida, water, and salt. Rest it for 10 minutes. Cook the chicken and chop it. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, green chilies, curry leaves, and onions. Saute until fragrant.
Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, garam masala, and chicken. Cook until well combined. Roll out the dough into thin circles.Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle and fold the dough to enclose the filling.
Fry the filled dough in hot oil until golden brown.
