Mango chocolete combo milk shake

Ingredients

ripe mango-1

bounty chocolete-2

milk-400 ml

sugar-8-10 tsp

Preparation

Peel off the mangoes and put in a mixie jar, add sugar , and milk , then blend well, then pour into a glass, then add the chocolete to the mixie jar with milk blend well and pour above the mango juice , decorate with nuts is optional

Kozhikode fried chicken(kfc)

Ingredients

Chicken( boneless)-600 gm

kashmiri chilly-4 nos

pepper

shallots

garlic-2

ginger

curry leaves

lemon

rice flour

coconut grated

green chilly

red chilly powder

garam masala

turmeric powder

Preparation

Take a mixie jar, add kashmiri chilly, chilly powder, shallots, garlic ginger, garam masala, turmeric  ,salt, lemon juice, rice flour and grind well then marinate chicken with this paste , rest for 3-4 hrs, then fry the chicken . Heat a pan add oil and curry leaves, and transfer to a plate, then add coconut to the pan add some masala and cook , mix alltogether and cook it becomes dry, then spread it over the fried chicken

Wheat banana snack

Ingredients

Water-1 1/2 cup

jaggerry-3

wheat flour-1 1/2 cup

ghee-2 tbsp+1 tsp

banana-2

shredded coconut-1 cup

cashews-2 tbsp

raisins-2 tbsp

sugar-2 tbsp

cardamom-1/2 tsp

salt- pinch

cumin-1/4 tsp

Preparation

Heat a pan add ghee, roast cashew nut and raisins , next grated coconut, roast until become golden brown color, then add banana, sugar, cardamom and mix well, cook in low flame,  then transfer to a plate. Take a bowl, add wheat flour, melted jaggerry, cardamom, salt, banana mix, ghee and cumin seeds and mix well , then transfer to a tin and cook in a steamer

Pearl spot fish(karimeen)-1 kg

garam masala-1/4 tsp

oil- for frying

kashmiri chilly-2 tspwater-1/2 glass

Preparation

Marinate the fish with chilly powder, lemon juice and salt, rest for 3/4 hr, then slightly fry in a pan, In another pan roast the coconut with coriander, red chilly powder, garama masala, and pepper powder, then roast well and grind to a smooth paste. Heat oil in a pan add fenugreek, shallots onion,chilly, ginger garlic paste,garlic, salt, coconut paste and kashmiri chilly then saute well finally add some water and mix well, cook until become thicks , finally add curry leaves and fenugreek . Take a banana leaf , put the masala above it , and put the fish above it and cover with the masala and cover the leaf and cook in a clay pot

Preparation

Marinate the fish with ingredients from 2-5, rest for 1/2 hr, then fry and keep aside, then heat a pan add oil , add onion and garlic saute well, next add spices, next ingredients from 13-20 one bye one and saute well, then take 2-3 tbsp of masala from it and keep aside, next add rice with hot water cook well, add dry lemon to it, after cooking well spread masala over the rice and put fried fish , then finally add coriander leaves , and cover the pot cook for a while in low flame

Honey cake

Ingredients

for cake batter

maida-1 1/2 cup

powdered sugar-3/4 cup

baking powder-1 1/4 tsp

baking soda- 1/2 tsp

curd -1 cup

oil-1/2 cup

vanilla essance- 1 1/2 tsp

Preparation

Strain maida 2-3 tomes, then mix all dry ingredients, then add other ingredients one bye one and mix well, then bake in a 5 min pre heated pan for 40-45 min in low flame

For honey syrup

honey-2 tsp

sugar-3 tsp

water -1/2 cup

Preparation

melt sugar with water, then add honey after the syrup become cool

for jam glaze

mixed jam-2 tbsp

sugar-1 tsp

mix both, then heat for a while

for setting cake

desicated coconut-2 tbsp

Preparation

remove the cake from cake tin, then make small holes by using a toothpick ,then pour honey mix above it, and jam glaze above it, finally spread some desicated coconut

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin and other spices roast well, then add onion, salt and saute well, next add ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, garam masala,and coriander, next add chicken, potato, carrot and chilly and 2 cup coconut milk, cook until the gravy become thick, then add cashew paste , thick coconut milk,  garama masala and pepper powder, mix well and turn off the flame
