ginger garlic paste-4 tbsp
coriander powder-1 tbsp
coconut milk -1/2 cup(thick)
coconut milk-2 cup( slightly thick)
cashew paste
pepper powder
garam masala powder
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin and other spices roast well, then add onion, salt and saute well, next add ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, garam masala,and coriander, next add chicken, potato, carrot and chilly and 2 cup coconut milk, cook until the gravy become thick, then add cashew paste , thick coconut milk, garama masala and pepper powder, mix well and turn off the flame
