garam masala-1/2 tsp

cooked cow beans-2 cup

salt

coriander leaves

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, add onion and salt, saute it well, next add garlic, green chilly and curry leaves, mix well and wait until it cooked enough, now add tomato, once it become smooth add masala powders, combine all, then add cooked cow beans. boil it well, finally add some curry leaves and turn off flame.

Pumpkin , tomato curry

Ingredients

Preparation

Cook all vegetables with salt , turmeric and water. Grind coconut with dry chilly, cumin, dry fried coriander and rice and make a smooth paste, then add to curry, add more water if required, boil it well. Finally, season the curry with mustard, fenugreek, dry chilly and curry leaves.

Chicken Roll

Ingredients

garam masala-1/4 tsp

ginger garlic paste-1 tsp

lemon juice-1 tsp

for batter

maida-1 cup

egg-1

salt

water

for masala

Preparation

Marinate chicken pieces with the masalas in the recipe, then rest 1 hour in freezer. After that fry chicken well and crush it .

Prepare maida batter and keep aside.

For masala, heat oil in a pan, add onion and salt, saute it well, then add ginger garlic paste, once the raw smell gone add masala powders, combine all well and add crushed chicken, after mixing all well add curry leaves and turn off flame. Heat a tawa, pour maida batter and round the laddle to make thin dosa, add masala one side, then roll it like cylinder shape, then seal it with maida paste, finally, dip the rolls in egg, then coat it with bread crumbs and fry in hot oil.

Preparation

Cut tapioca into small pieces, then add water, let it boil well, after that , take tapioca from water and add to a pressure cooker, add onion, ginger, green chilly and water, cook it for 1 whistle. Add coconut paste to cooked tapioca, then add curry leaves, boil it well, then turn off flame.

Vattayappam

Ingredients

raw rice- 1 1/2 cup

urad dal-1 tsp

coconut-1 cup

cooked rice-1 cup

water

sugar-10 tbsp

cardamom powder-1 tbsp

baking soda-1 tsp

Preparation

Grind soaked rice, urad dal, coconut, cooked rice and some water together and make a fine batter, pour it to a bowl, after mixing it well rest the batter for overnight. Add sugar, cardamom and baking soda, mix well, rest again for 10 minutes. Take a mould, apply oil/ghee, pour the batter, then steam it in a idli steamer.

Preparation

Cook chicken and potato with salt, pepper powder and water in a pressure cooker. After that, crush chicken and mash potatoes separately. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, green chilly, ginger, garlic, and curry leaves, add salt and saute it well, then add pepper powder and garam masala, mix all well, add chicken, combine well until it become dry, then add mashed potato, mix all together, then make small cutlets, dip the cutlets in egg and coat bread crumbs, then fry it in hot oil.
