• In a pan add 1/4 cup water and dissolve the jaggery. After straining it can be kept aside to cool well. Pour ghee in another pan and roast coconut and sesame seeds.

Add soaked rice, coconut, rice, cold jaggery pani, banana, salt and cardamom powder in a large mixing bowl and grind well. After pouring it into a bowl, add coconut, sesame seeds fried in ghee and mix well and fry unniapam in hot oil.
