Basmati rice-1 1/2 cup

garlic-6

ginger

green chilly-2

shallots-8

fennel-1 tsp

water

boiled potato-2

onion-1

sweet corn crushed

chilly flakes-1/2 tsp

salt

Preparation

Soak rice for 4 hrs, then grind it with potato, green chillies,garlic,ginger and shallots, then make smooth paste, transfer this to a bowl, add finely chopped onion, chilly flakes and crushed sweet corn, mix all well, then make small dosas in tawa.
