Ingredients

cooked rice-2 cup
green chilly-2
curry leaves
coriander leaves
cumin-1 tsp
turmeric-1/2 tsp
pepper powder
rice flour-1/4 cup
ginger garlic crushed-1 tbsp
salt
hing
oil
chilly powder-1 tsp
bread crumbs
maida+water mix
Preparation
Add rice to a mixie jar, grind it into fine paste, then transfer it to a mixing bowl, add chopped chilly,coriander,ginger garlic,and curry leaves, next add salt,turmeric,hing,pepper powder,chilly powder,rice flour and oil, knead it well and make a soft dough. Grease your hand with oil, then take small quantities from this dough and make finger shape by rolling your hand, then dip it all in maida mix, and coat it with bread crumbs, then fry it in hot oil until it become golden brown.
