Ingredients

White rice – 1 cup
Urad dal – 1/4 cup
Chana dal – 1/4 cup
Moong Dal – 1/4 cup
Ginger – one small piece
Garlic – 4
Green chilli – 3
Few Curry leaves
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin seed – 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped Coriander – handful
Preparation
Soak raw rice,dal, urad dal, moong dal, and dry red chilly for 2 hrs.Then transfer this to a mixie jar, add green chilly, ginger , curry leaves, garlic , turmeric and salt along with it, then grind it into fine paste, and pour it to a bowl, add cumin and coriander leaves, mix well then keep aside 4 hrs for fermentation.Then make dosa or paniyaram.
