milk+1 tbsp maida mix

coconut -2-3 tbsp

cardamom powder-1/2 tsp

rice flour-1/2 cup

maida-1/2 cup

salt-1/4 tsp

turmeric-1/4 tsp

sugar-1 tsp

water

Preparation

Mash banana in a bowl, add sugar and milk, mix it well. Heat ghee in a pan, pour the mix into it, mix well, add maida milk mix and cardamom, mix it well and make thick paste, then turn off flame. Take a bowl, add rice flour and maida, add salt, sugar and turmeric, add water and mix well, make a medium thick batter. Heat a pan, pour 1 laddle of batter, spread over, then add the filling in one side, then fold it from one side to another, add ghee, and cook each side, then serve it.
