carrot-2
onion-1/2
green chilly-4
egg-1
oil
mustard
curry leaves
ginger garlic crushed
turmeric-1/4 tsp
chilly powder-1/4 tsp
coconut -2 tbsp
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, let it pop, add curry leaves, after mixing well, add green chilly and onion, saute it well,next add ginger garlic crushed, mix all well, next add chopped carrot, combine all well, now add chilly powder and turmeric, mix it well, then cover the pan, and wait until it cook enough, next add egg, then scramble it, mix it with carrot, next add grated coconut, mix it again, then turn off flame.
