green gram dal-1 cup

jeera rice-1/2 glass

cloves-3

onion-1

ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp

tomato green chilly-4-5

carrot-1/2

boneless chicken

coriander leaves

curry leaves

mint leaves

kashmiri chilly powder-1 tsp

turmeric-1/2 tsp

salt

Preparation

Wash rice and green gram dal well. Heat a pressure cooker add coconut oil, let it heat, then add spices, roast it for a minute then add onion, ginger garlic paste, and green chilly, saute it for 2 minutes, then add tomato, carrot, chicken, masala powders, mint , coriander and curry leaves, salt and required water, then mix all well and cover the cooker, cook it for 3 whistle. Once the pressure is gone open the lid and mash it with a laddle, now it is ready to serve.
