Ingredients

Beef – 500 gm
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriender powder- 1/2 tsp
Pepper – 1/2 tsp
Coconut oil
Salt
For Masala
Coconut oil
Fenugreek seed- 1/2 tsp
Dry chilli – 3 nos
Curryleaves
Onion- 1 ( medium)
Onion shallot-12
Ginger -1 small pc
Garlic
Turmeric powder
Chilli powder
Coriendar powder -11/2 tbsp
Pepper- 1/2 tsp
fennel seeds powder = Yr taste
Preparation
Take beef in a bowl, add turmeric, coriander powder, chilly powder, pepper powder, salt, coconut oil, and curry leaves, mix all well, add water, then cover the cooker and cook it well. Take a mixie jar, add shallots, ginger, garlic,and fennel, then crush it. Heat a pan, add oil, once it heat well add fenugreek and dry red chilly, roast it well, then add curry leaves and onion, saute it well, then add turmeric, coriander powder,chilly powder, and pepper powder, saute until the raw smell gone, next add garlic shallots crushed, combine all well, next add cooked beef and tomato, mix well and saute it well, then add beef stock, boil it well, once the gravy become thick, add green chilly, fennel powder, pepper powder and lemon juice, mix well.
