Raw rice-2 cup
black gram-3/4 cup

cooked rice-3/4 cup
fenugreek seeds-1/2 tsp
Preparation
Wash rice and urad dal well and soak for 2 hrs, and keep 2 more hrs in fridge, then grind into fine paste with cooked rice, add salt and mix well with your hand, then rest 8 hrs for fermentation. Now make soft idli.
