Preparation

Soak rice for 2-3 hrs, then grind into fine batter, then add rice flour into it,add ghee, mix well and make a thick batter. Melt jaggerry, add coconut, poha and banana pieces, mix well make thick consistency. Take banana leaf, pour the batter above it, and spread over the leaf, then add filling, and fold the leaf from one side, and cook in a steamer.
