water-1 1/2 cup
rice flour-1 cup
coconut grated-1/2 cup
Heat a pan, add water , salt and oil, allow it to boil, next add shallots chopped, then add rice flour, mix well, add cumin and coconut grated, knead it well and make a soft dough. Take tomato size dough, flattern it by using your hand or roller, make thick pathiri and cookin a tawa.
