rice flour-1 cup
grated coconut-1/2 cup

yiest-1/2 tsp
sugar
salt
lukewarm water
Preparation
Wash poha and set aside. In a mixie jar add rice flour,coconut,poha,yiest,sugar , salt and water, grind into fine batter, pour the batter to a bowl, rest for 20 minutes. Then you can cook soft panji appam.
