cardamom powder-2 pinch
water- 2 1/2 cup
ghee-4 tsp
Preparation
Melt jaggerry, then add more water and strain it. Mix arrowroot with water, remove lumps, then mix jaggerry and arrowroot mix, then strain again. Pour this mix to a pan, then stir well, add cardamom and coconut, frequently add ghee, cook until it become thick and non sticky.
