Ingredients
wheat flour-1 cup
egg-1
salt
water
carrot chopped
garlic
onion
capsicum
spring onion
soya sauce
vinegar
tomato sauce
red chilly sauce
green chilly sauce
turmeric
garam masala
coriander powder
chilly powder
cumin powder
pepper powder
Preparation
Make atta dough by using egg, water and salt, rest the dough for 1/2 hrs. Next mix all sauces in a bowl, same all masalas mix together in another bowl.
Add the dough to a idiyappam press, then press to boiling water, cook for 1 minute then transfer to cold water, and strain out from water.
Heat a pan, add oil, next add all vegetables, then saute it for 1-2 minutes, now add salt, cooked noodles, sauce, pepper powder and mix it well. Serve with hot.
