Ingredients
rice flour-1 cup
salt-1/4 tsp
Boiling water- 1 1/2 cup
oil-1 tbsp
jaggerry-1/2 cup
water-3 tbsp
grated coconut-3/4 cup
dry nuts
cardamom powder-1/4 tsp
Preparation
Add rice flour in a bowl, pour hot water and salt into it, knead it into a soft dough, then make small balls, and steam cook this for 15 minutes. Heat a pan, add jaggerry with water, once it melted ,add grated coconut, dry nuts chopped , and cardamom powder, mix well, now add cooked kozhukkatta, and mix well, then cover the pan, cook for 5 minutes in low flame. Now turn off flame.
