sugar-3 tbsp

coconut pieces-2-3 tbsp

cardamom powder

grated coconut-3-4

rice flour-2 tbsp

wheat flour-3 tbsp

milk-1/2 cup


Cut banana into small pieces, then mash it with a fork, add salt and sugar, mix well, next add coconut pieces. cardamom powder, grated coconut, rice flour, wheat flour  and milk, mix it well, make a thick consistency batter.Heat oil for deep frying, put small quantity of batter, fry well.
