Ingredients
maida-3/4 cup
cocoa powder-1/4 cup
baking powder-1 tsp
baking soda-1/4 tsp
oil-4 tbsp
vinegar-1 tsp
vanilla essance-1 tsp
powdered sugar-1 cup
egg-4
whipping cream- 1 1/2 cup
Dark compound( grated)
sugar syrup
Preparation
Strain all dry ingredients to a bowl( strain atleast 3 times). Break eggs into a bowl, beat well, add vinegar, powdered sugar, sunflower oil, and vanilla essence, then beat well, next add maida mix , then mix well and make a perfect batter, and pour the batter to a mould then bake cake. Cut the cake into 4 layer.. Beat whipping cream well. Take a cake top, put 1 layer of cake, pour sugar syrup , next spread whipping cream above it, then place next layer, repeat the same for all layers. Finally cover the cake with whipping cream, decorate cake with dark compounds, rest the cake in refrigerator for 1 day , then you can cut it.
