Ingredients

shell-fish

onion-49 chopped)

salt

maida-1 1/4 cup

rice flour-1/4 cup

turmeric-1/2 tsp

fennel powder-1/2 tsp

hing-1 pinch

green chilly chopped

coriander leaves(chopped)

curry leaves( chopped)

ginger- small piece

water

Preparation

Add all these ingredients in a bowl, mix with water, make a thick consistensy , and take small portions from it and fry in hot oil.
