ivy gourd -1/2 kg
kashmiri chilly powder-1 tsp
coconut oil-2 tbsp
chilly flakes-1 1/2 tsp
Cut ivy gourd into long pieces, add salt, turmeric, kashmiri chilly, and onion chopped, and mix well, and keep aside.Heat a pan , add oil, curry leaves roast well, then add shallots, saute it well, now add chilly flakes, roast well, next add marinated ivy gourd, cook well.
