boneless chicken-350 gm
pepper powder-1/2 tbsp
cabbage chopped-1 cup
carrot chopped-1 cup
Cook chicken with turmeric, pepper , salt and water, then strain out water and crush the chicken. Heat a pan saute onion and other vegetables with required salt, and mix with mayonaise. Take 2 bread slices, and flattern it, then cut it by usind a glass, then dip it in egg mix and coat with bread crumbs, then fry this in hot oil, do this for all, then cut the bread and fill with chicken mix.
