Ingredients
For curry
beef-1 kg
onion-4
green chilly, garlic & ginger paste-3-4 tbsp
tomato-3
curry leaves
coriander leaves
mint leaves
turmeric powder-1 tsp
chilly powder-1 tbsp
coriander powder-3 tbsp
garam masala powder-1 tbsp
meat masala -1 tbsp
pepper powder-1 tsp
For rice
jeera rice-3 cup
water-5 cup
spices
lemon juice
ghee
oil
turmeric-1 tsp
garam masala powder-1 tsp
coriander leaves
Preparation
For making curry ,h eat a cooker, add oil, onion, salt, and saute it well, now add ginger garlic chilly paste, tomato, saute again. Roast masalas well, then add into the cooker, and mix well, next add beef, and mix all well, add curry leaves, mint, and coriander leaves,add some water and cook for 6 whistle.
For rice, heat a pan, add ghee and oil, some onion, roast it, then add spices, add water, salt, lemon juice, turmeric and garam masala powder, then allow it to boil, now add soaked rice, cook it well. Finally add beef curry into the rice , and mix well, cook in low flame for 1/2 hrs.
