Green gram vada


green gram ( soaked)-1 cup

green chilly-1

ginger-small pieces


garlic-2 cloves

turmeric-1/2 tsp

chilly powder-1/2

garam masala powder-3/4 tsp

curry leaves




Crush green gram with chilly and ginger, transfer to a bowl, next add other ingredients into it, mix all together well, then make vada shape, and fry in hot oil.
