Ingredients
For dough
maida-2 cup
yiest-1/2 tsp
baking powder-1/2 tsp
lukewarm milk-1 cup
olive oil
for filling
chicken breast piece
chilly powder-1 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
tomato sauce-1 tsp
soy sauce-1 tsp
salt
onion-1
carrot-1
turmeric-1/2 tsp
chilly powder-1/2 tsp
capsicum-1
salt
coriander leaves
Preparation
For dough making, add maida , yiest, baking powder in a bowl, knead well by adding milk, make a soft dough, spread oil above it, and rest for 4 hrs.
Marinate chicken with chilly powder,turmeric, sauces, ginger garlic paste and salt, and rest for 1/2 hrs. Then fry well
Heat a pan, add onion, carrot, chilly powder ,salt, turmeric and capsicum, saute it well, finally add chicken and coriander leaves, mix well and turn off flame.
Knead dough again, then take small portion from it, and flattern it , cut into small buns, spread butter , and fold it. Then cook in a steamer, and fill the bun with the chicken masala.
