Raw rice/ idly rice -1 cup

rice flour-2 tbsp

water-1/2 cup

grated coconut-1 cup

sugar-1/2 cup

cardamom-1/2 tsp

cumin powder-1/2 tsp

yiest-1/4 tsp

salt

water

vanilla essance-1/2 tsp

Preparation

In a pan add rice flour and water , mix well and turn on the flame, stir continously, once it becomes thick turn off flame and keep aside. Add soaked raw rice in a mixie jar, add coconut, rice flour mix,sugar, cardamom, cumin, yiest, salt and water, then grind into smooth batter, rest for 6-8 hrs, finally add vanilla essance and mix well, steam in a round shaped tin.
