maida-1 1/2 cup
chicken -250 gm
crushed ginger garlic-1 tsp
turmeric- 1/2 tsp
pepper powder- 1 tsp
In a cooker add chicken, turmeric, salt, required water and cook a whistle and drain the chicken from water, then boil the eggs and clean it.
For masala, heat a pan add oil , onion, green chillies, ginger garlic,and curry leaves then asute well, next add pepper powder and garam masala, mix well,next add water of cooked chicken and cook until it dissolves then add chicken pieces and mix well finally add coriander and cook for a while.
for batter, in a bowl add maida with water and salt make a medium thick batter. Heat a pan make dosa with the batter
Take one dosa and fill with masala and half piece of egg, and dip in egg and fry well
