coconut oil

coriander seeds – 2tsp
green chilly -5
salt
tamarind- lemon size
fenugreek 1/2 tsp
cumin -1 tsp
white sesame seed-2 tsp
preparation
fry coriander,sesame,cumin,fenugreek in oil then add chilly and transfer to a blender and blend well, then add salt and tamarind then blend again . cut the ivy gourd into small piece and cook in a pot then add to the blender and blend well , tempering with mustard and curry leaves
