banana wheat snack

water -1 1/2 cup

jaggerry -3


wheat flour – 1 1/2 cup

ghee – 2tbsp

banana -2

shredded coconut -1 cup

cashew nut -2tbsp


sugar -2tbsp

cardamom – 1/2 tsp

salt – a pinch

cumin seeds-1/4 tsp

water – as needed


Heat a pan add ghee  cashews and kismis then roast it, then add coconut and roast it again , next add banana pieces ,next sugar,cardamom and cook in low flame for 10 min and allow it to cool.Take a bowl add wheat and melted jaggerry, mix well and make a batter and add banana mix into it then cook in a steamer
