Chicken roast prepared with coconut

first put a pan in the oven and add a little black pepper, one milk powder, one black pepper, two teaspoons of coriander, fennel seeds and two cardamoms. Heat it well and keep it aside. Then add 10 dry chillies to the pan and heat it again. Roast the coconut like this and keep it aside. Grind the roasted spices and dried chillies together and heat a pan in the oven and pour four tablespoons of coconut oil. You can add two onions chopped lengthwise to this and when it gets fried well, add crushed ginger and garlic, add some curry leaves and mix well. After adding half a teaspoon of turmeric powder and mixing it, add a tomato, when the tomato becomes soft, add the powdered masala, after mixing, add the chicken pieces. Mix it well and cook the chicken pieces well. Next add the fried coconut Mix well and turn off the flame when it thickens the gravy.
