Buttermilk curry


Don’t worry if you don’t have vegetables for making curry, you can prepare a delicious curry with buttermilk to eat with rice.

First, take half a liter of curd in a bowl and mix it well with a whisk. Add half a liter of water and mix it well. Heat a little coconut oil in an clay pot, first add mustard, then add quarter teaspoon of fenugreek seeds and pop both well. You can also add some cumin seeds and when it is roasted well, add finely chopped ginger and garlic and saute it. After add two dry chillies, add chopped green chillies, add a chopped onion and saute it, then add a little turmeric powder and mix it. After that turn off the stove and add the curd that has been mixed earlier. Just heat it up a little. Now add enough salt and mix then serve.
