Healthy Breakfast Recipe


Breakfast is the first meal of the day usually eaten in the morning. It is commonly said that you should eat breakfast like a king so make a very healthy breakfast recipe that makes sense.

To prepare this, soak half a cup of black peas and a quarter cup of sago rice overnight. Next morning, after washing well, add it to the mixi jar, add half a cup of semolina and a little water and grind it well. Then add five or six small onions, two green chillies, a few curry leaves, a piece of ginger, some hing powder, enough salt and two pinches of fennel and grind it well again. Add it to a bowl and mix it well. Keep it aside to rest for 10 minutes. Then you can make dosas from it.
