To prepare this, wash two cups of raw rice well and soak them for eight hours and then add them to the mixie jar, Add one cup of rice, one cup of coconut , one tablespoon of sugar, one teaspoon of yeast and enough water and grind it well. Transfer it to a bowl and leave it to rest for 5 hours. Add enough salt to the well-risen flour and mix. Now place a flat pan in the oven and heat it, pour a laddle of flour into it and cover it with a lid.
