•Almonds – one cup


•Chia seed – 1 tablespoon

•Oats – half cup

•Any fruit of your choice – ½ cup

•Almonds or pistachios – two tablespoons each

•Dates – 6


Soak almonds overnight. Next morning, peel off this, then grind it with water and take the milk. Soak chia in almond milk, add oats into it, mix well, grind dates and banana, then add the paste to the mix, combine well, serve the dish with fruits and nuts.
