maida- 4 cup



sugar- 2 tsp


milk – 5 tbsp


sunflower oil


In a bowl, add maida , salt and sugar, then mix well, add egg, milk and water, knead it well and make a sticky and soft dough. Keep this aside for 2 hrs by covering with wet cloth. After 2 hrs, knead it again and divide it to balls. Stretch the balls with a roller and make very thin layers. Apply oil above the layers, then fold it from side to side, roll it from one side to another, then apply oil again, rest this for 1 more hour. Then press it with fingers and cook it in a pan.
