MARINATE CHICKEN

CHICKEN- 1 KG

CHILLI POWDER- 1/2 TSP

TURMERIC POWDER- 1/4 TSP

BIG ONION-3 SLICED

COCONUT PIECES- 1/2 COCONUT

CORIANDER POWDER- 2 TBS

CHILLI POWDER- 1TBS

TURMERIC POWDER- 1/4 TSP

TOMATO- 3

CURRY LEAVES

GREEN CHILLI- 2

COCONUT – 1 CUP

GINGER- MEDIUM SIZE

GARLIC0-8 PIECES

chicken (whole cut up chicken or a combination of legs and thighs), curry powder (mine came from Trinidad, but you can use any Indian curry mix), turmeric, garlic, onion, tomato, vegetable oil, cilantro, salt, pepper, and mustard (I used Dijon, but any mustard will do) Watch video details showing.
