Ingredients
chicken boneless pieces-250 gm
ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
chilly crushed-1/2 tsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
kashmiri red chilly powder-1 tsp
cumin-1/4 tsp
garam masala-1/2 tsp
pepper powder-1 tsp
salt
egg-1
samosa sheet
corn flour-2 tbsp
Preparation
Cut chicken into long finger shaped pieces, then add ginger garlic paste, chilly crushed, masala powders, salt and egg, marinate well, then rest it for 20 minutes. Cut samosa sheet into small tiny pieces like noodles, add corn flour into it, mix well, take chicken pieces, coat samosa sheet tightly in chicken, then fry it in hot oil.
