cooked rice-1 cup

sugar-2 tbsp


In a small bowl, mix lukewarm water and instant paalappam mix. Take a mixie jar, add soaked rice, paalappam mix, and cooked rice, grind it well by adding water, then make a fine batter, pour it to a bowl, rest the batter for 5-6 hrs, then make soft paalappam.
