Ingredients
potato
carrot
beans
salt
water
turmeric-1/2 tsp
oil
whole spices
chilly powder
coconut
fennel
garlic
green chilly
ginger
pepper powder-1/2 tsp
coriander leaves
Preparation
Cook vegetables with salt, water and turmeric. Heat oil in a pan, add whole spices, then add onion, saute it well, next add chilly powder, after a mix add cooked vegetables, mix all. Grind coconut with green chilly, garlic, ginger and fennel seeds, then add to curry, boil it well, finally add some coriander, then turn off flame.
