Ingredients
rice- 3 cup
onion
ginger garlic
green chilly
ghee+ sunflower oil
whole spices
tomato-1
chilly powder-1 tsp
turmeric-1/2 tsp
coriander powder-1 tsp
garam masala-1/2 tsp
water
chicken-200 gm
Preparation
Heat ghee + oil in a pan, add whole spices, roast it well, then add onion, saute it well, add ginger garlic paste, mix well, next add tomato, chilly and salt, after 1 minute sauting add masala powders, once the raw smell gone add chicken pieces, mix it well, then add water and salt m let it boil well, now add rice, then cook it well.
