Ingredients

rice flour-2 cup
water-3 cup
rice flour-1 cup
water
sugar-1 tbsp
yeast-1 tsp
salt
Preparation
Add 2 cup rice flour and 3 cup water in a bowl, mix well. In a sauce pan, add rice flour and water mix well, then cook it until it become thick, then transfer it to a mixie jar, add sugar and yeast, then add rice flour batter, blend it well, then pour the batter to a bowl, keep this aside for 4 hrs, once the batter is raise, add salt, after mixing it well, cook appam with this batter.
