Ingredients

tomato-4

pepper-1 tsp

garlic-8

cumin-1 tsp

turmeric-1/2 tsp

chilly powder-1 tsp

rasam powder-1 1/2 tsp

tamarind-goodeberry size

jaggerry- small piece

salt

curry leaves

mustard-1 tsp

oil

dry chilly-2

coriander leaves

Preparation

Boil tomato, then remove peels, then mash it well. Heat a pan, add water, mashed tomato, salt, masala powders, jaggerry and tamarind juice, boil it for 15 minutes, then turn off flame. Finally season it with mustard,dry chilly curry leaves and coriander leaves.
