Preparation

Take a pressure cooker, add beef salt and chilly powder, then cover the cooker and cook beef. After that prepare a masala for marination, for that add masala powders, salt, corn flour and vinegar to a bowl, mix it well and marinate beef with this masala. Fry beef in oil and keep aside. Add garlic to oil, then add dry chilly, roast it well, then add onion, coconut and curry leaves, next add tomato paste and pepper powder, mix all well, then add fried beef, combine well.
