Ingredients
Egg – 5 nos
Cardamom – 2 nos
Cloves – 4 nos
Cinnamon sticks – 3 small pcs
Onion – 3 nos – medium
Ginger & garlic – 1 tbsp – crushed
Green chilli – 3 nos
Curry leaves – few
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Cashew paste – 1/4 cup
Coconut milk – 1/2 cup
Coconut oil – 2 tbsp
Water – 1 cup
Salt – as needed
For seasoning
coconut oil – 1 tbsp
Shallots – 3 nos
Preparation
Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add whole spices, after roasting it well add ginger garlic crushed, mix it well, next add fennel seeds,onion,green chilly,curry leaves and salt, mix well, then saute it until it become soft, then close the cooker and cook it for 3 whistle. Once the pressure is gone open the cooker then add masala, mix it to turn aromatic, then add tomato, mix well, pour water , let it boil well, next add cashew paste with water, boil until it become thick, finally add eggs, after mixing well,turn off flame.
