Raw Banana
Red Cow peas

Curry Leaves

turmeric powder
salt
grated coconut
shallots
garlic
dried red chilli

Preparation
Soak cow peas for 6 hrs , then add it to a pressure cooker, then add salt,turmeric and water, mix well, then cook it.Add chopped banana into it, then transfer this to a clay pot, then cook it again.Grind coconut with green chilly and turmeric,and make a paste.Crush dry chilly, shallots and garlic together.Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, let it pop, then add curry leaves and crushed shallot, mix well, once it roasted well add coconut, mix well, then add cooked raw banana and cow peas, combine all well.
