Bakery style coconut cookies at home

maida-1 cup

salt-1 pinch

desicated coconut

vanilla essence-1/2 tsp

sugar-1/4 cup

ghee-1 tbsp

Preparation

In a bowl, sieve maida to it, add desicated coconut, then add powdered sugar, vanilla essence and ghee, knead it well and make a dough, take a plateful of desicated coconut, add powdered sugar to it, mix well. Take the dough and divide it into coconut bites( cookies shape), coat the bites in the coconut mix, then bake it well.

Preparation

Add all vegetables, masala powders , salt and water to the pressure cooker, then cook it well, after that, transfer it to a clay pot, add hot water fennel and garam masala, pour coconut milk, boil it well, then turn off flame. Season it with mustard, dry chilly and curry leaves.

Ingredients

gram flour- 2 cup

rice flour-1 cup

salt

water

sugar-1 cup

Preparation

In a bowl add rice flour, gram flour and salt, mix well, then pour water, knead it well and make soft dough, fill the dough in an idiyappam maker, then press it to hot oil, fry it well, then transfer it to a bowl, crush it with your finger to separate. Boil sugar and water in a pan, make it one string consistency, then pour it above the snack, mix it well, then let it cool.

Paneer at home

Now you don’t have to buy paneer from the shop at high prices, you can see how to prepare delicious paneer at home from pure milk.

Take one liter of milk in a pan and boil it well. When it boils, add lemon juice. It should be added two or three times. The cream and water in the milk should be stirred until well separated, then it can be strained into a cloth. Squeeze the cream out of the cloth well and wash it once or twice, then put it on top of a bowl. A weight can be placed tightly on top of this and after two hours, after all the water has gone well, it can be taken out and cut into paneer.

Prepare mayonnaise with the ingredients in the recipe. Heat olive oil in a pan, add mushrooms, saute it well, add masala powders and salt, mix well, then turn off flame. In a bowl, add chopped veggies, mushrooms, and salt, combine well. Take chapathi, apply mayonnaise, add veg mix one side, fold it from all sides and roll it , heat it in a pan before serving.
