Prepare a dough with rice flour, gram flour and salt, make it non sticky. Fill it in idiyappam maker, use large holed mould, then press the dough to hot oil, fry it well, once fried all, soak it in sugar syrup for 1 minute, then take it and wait until the heat gone.
Cook vegetables with water salt and turmeric. Grind coconut with cashews, poppy seeds and fennel. Heat ghee and oil in a pan, add mustard, pop it well, then add whole spices, saute it for a minute, add ginger garlic , saute it again, next add onion and green chilly, saute it until it become transparent, add spices and tomato puree, mix again, pour curd, add salt too, mix it well, then combine cooked vegetables with it, boil it well, add coconut paste, boil it again, add coriander and turn off flame.
Cook mutton in pressure cooker by adding salt, turmer+ic, chilly powder, pepper powder, crushed ginger garlic, coconut oil and water. Cook onion and shallot in a pressure cooker by adding coconut oil and salt. Heat oil in a pan, add cooked onion, saute it for a minute, then add tomato, curry leaves and green chilly, saute all well, then add masala powders, saute it until raw smell gone , now add cooked mutton, combine all well, finally add fried onion, mix it well, then turn off flame.
Prepare sugar syrup with sugar , water and cardamom powder, keep it warm. Prepare a dough with amrutham powder, salt, sugar, wheat flour, baking powder, ghee and required water, flatten the dough into medium thick, then cut it into small rectangle pieces. Fry all, then soak it for 5 minutes in sugar syrup.
The recipe is cheaper and easier than buying it from a bakery.

Heat the raw peanuts in a pan until they are roasted and fragrant .Crush the garlic cloves. Heat oil in a pan and add the crushed garlic and curry leaves .Add chili powder and salt to the pan and stir for a few seconds .Add the roasted peanuts to the pan and mix well . Add cumin powder and mix well .Let the mixture cool down before serving.

Boil masalas and water together, then add tea powder, boil it again for 5 minutes, then pour milk to it, boil it again, then strain the tea, add sugar then , now its ready to serve.
First, they boil and blend carrots. Then, they mix the carrot puree with rice flour, hot water, and salt to form a dough. Next, they shape the dough into small balls and cook them in coconut milk until they float to the surface, add cumin seeds and simmer the dumplings for 10 minutes.
Clean and cut prawns and marinate them with spices. Fry the prawns in oil until cooked through. Heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste. Add pickle powder and stir until fragrant. Add vinegar and bring to a boil.Add fried prawns and mix well. Let it simmer for a few minutes until the flavors are combined. Turn off the heat and let it cool completely.Store in an airtight container and refrigerate.
