Preparation

Boil the green gram in a pressure cooker with some water, turmeric powder, and green chillies. Grind the coconut, turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin seeds, green chillies, and shallots in a mixer.Add the ground mixture to the cooked greengrams and simmer for a few minutes.Temper the curry with mustard seeds, shallots, red chillies, and curry leaves.

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped okra, saute it well, then add other veggies, water, masala powders and salt, cook it well. Grind coconut with curry leaves, cumin and water, then add to curry, heat it well, then turn off flame. Season curry with oil, mustard, shallots, dry chilly and curry leaves.

•cumin seeds – 1/2 teaspoon

• Coconut oil – 2 tbsp

•Salt – 1 tsp

Preparation

Whisk curd well, then keep aside. Grind coconut with ginger, green chilly, cumin and curd, make a fine paste. Add the paste to curd, mix it well, add salt too, keep this aside. Season it with ginger, dry chilly, curry leaves and mustard.

Grind shallots, ginger and garlic together. In a pot, add masala powders, salt , lemon juice and grinded paste, mix well, keep 2-3 tsp aside, then add rice flour and corn flour to the leftover masala, add chicken, marinate it well. After 30 minutes, fry chicken well, add coconut and early kept masala to the pan, fry it well, then add above chicken, add fried curry leaves and green chilly, then serve it.

Grind coconut, cumin seeds, and water in a blender.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, fennel seeds, and curry leaves. Add chopped onions, garlic, green chillies, and saute until fragrant.Add chopped tomatoes and saute until softened. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, and saute for 1 minute.Add drumstick leaves and saute until wilted. Add the ground coconut mixture and saute for 3 minutes.Add cooked dal and water, and simmer until the curry thickens.Add salt and ghee, and serve hot.
